Victoria Alman

CEO & VP BizDev

Victoria is a seasoned Program and Product Manager with over two decades of experience in driving multi – disciplinary projects from concept to delivery with a strong focus on customer needs and market requirements. Victoria holds a B.Sc. in EE and an M.E. in System Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Guy Elya

COO

Guy is an exceptional professional with two decades of experience in operations and a proven track record of leading end-to-end operations in highly complex multi-billion development projects, showcasing a remarkable set of skills and strategic vision. Guy holds a BSc in Industrial Management Engineering.

Evgeny Tsalolikhin

VP R&D

Evgeny is an experienced manager and researcher (Senior Member, IEEE) with over two decades of excellence in multidisciplinary R&D teams management. He has built deep expertise through key leadership roles in automotive sensing and wireless connectivity industries. Evgeny holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and B.Sc. and M.Sc. in ECE from BGU.

Ron Rubinstein

Director Algo&AI

Ron has over 25 years of experience in software and algorithm development in the defence, aerospace, and transportation domains. Specializing in system engineering, computer vision, AI networks, Geo-Mapping, and sensor fusion, he spearheaded development teams in complex multi-sensor situational awareness systems. Ron holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a B.Sc. in Geo-Information Engineering from the Technion.

Sergey Kolen

Director Radar

Sergey brings over two decades of experience in leading multidisciplinary R&D projects in the automotive, industrial and medical device fields. He specializes in RF and high-speed platforms and is an expert in the development of 4D imaging radar, dealing with numerous challenges in fields of 3D mm-wave antenna arrays, mm-wave packages and high-performance PCBs design. Sergey holds an M.Sc.
in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
